What this site collects
If you fill in a quote form, we receive the name, phone number, address or town, service and details you type into it. That information is used to contact you about your request and to quote the work. Nothing else.
Who sees your details
Pistol Ridge Land Services, and the software used to receive and store requests. Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How long it is kept
Request details are kept as long as needed to quote and carry out work, and to keep normal business records afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call and it will be handled.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. Essential browser storage keeps the forms and pages working and remembers your cookie choice. If a live chat window is offered, it is provided by a third party and sets its own cookies; it only loads if you allow Chat. Change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Where your details go
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send a quote form, your details are passed securely (over HTTPS) to the customer management software the business uses to keep track of requests and reply to you. The site does not run advertising or tracking pixels.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their own property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
