Quotes

Quotes are based on what can be seen at the property. If conditions turn out to be different once work starts, such as rock, buried debris or unmarked lines, the work and the cost are discussed with you before anything continues.

Scheduling and weather

Dirt work depends on weather and ground conditions. Dates are given in good faith and can move when the ground is saturated, frozen or unsafe to work.

Underground lines

Public utilities are marked through Kentucky 811 before digging where required. Private lines, such as power to outbuildings, water lines to barns and septic lines, are the property owner's to point out. 811 does not mark private lines.

Permits and utilities

Permit requirements and utility disconnections vary by city and county. Unless agreed otherwise in the quote, they are the property owner's responsibility.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on the quote for each job.
